Yesterday a prize giving ceremony was held at Barisal College. On this occasion the whole college campus wore a festive look.

The D. C. of Barisal was the chief guest. He inaugurated উদ্বোধন করেন the ceremony at 10 a. m. A group of students of Barisal College rendered পরিবেশন করল an inaugural song উদ্বোধনী সংগীত. The principal of the college delivered his welcome speech. He read out the annual report of the college. After that a cultural program was held. The audience was highly pleased.

Before distributing prizes, the chief guest delivered his speech. He told the students that the student life is the best time. He advised the students to study more and to avoid any bad habit. He also said that the prosperity of a country depends on the students. So they should build up themselves properly.

After delivering his speech, the chief guest distributed prizes among the winners. It is noted that the whole program was presided over সভাপতিত্ব করলেন by the principal of Barisal College.
