18. Physical Exercise
Physical
exercise means the movement of limbs of human body regularly. It is very
essential to keep our body fit .It helps us to be healthy. There are many
kinds of physical exercise .Some persons regularly go to gymnasiums. They make physical
exercise there. Again some persons make their physical exercise by walking,
swimming, racing, riding and rowing. Some persons regularly take part in games
and sports to make physical exercise. Modern games like football, cricket,
hockey and tennis are good forms of physical exercise .In
Bangladesh there are some popular native games. The village people take part in
these games for physical exercise. These native games are ha-du-du, dariabanda,
gollachhut, which are also good forms of physical exercise. One type of physical exercise is suitable for people of all ages .Walking
is such type of physical exercise which is very popular among all. However,
over exercise is not good for health rather it is harmful for health. But all
forms of physical exercise are not suitable for everyone. Young people can take
heavy exercise while the aged people should take light exercise. The types of
physical exercise depend on age. Heavy physical exercise is not suitable for
the aged people. We should remember that physical exercise is very necessary
for good health. Without good health none can be happy and so, we must say that
without physical exercise none can be happy.
